Obviously it's unfinished work, but my critique of it would be that so far, he has only attempted to identify individual words. To really be successful, he has to start looking for syntax and grammar in the text. He admits he's not an expert in the language he has deduced the manuscript is written in. Maybe somebody else who is an expert in that family of languages needs to pick it up from here.
