If you got sweet counter offer -- why wouldn't you just shut up so the morale would not be hurt?
- bd_at_rivenhill 16y agoFor the same reason that criminals are often caught after they bragged about crimes to their associates (who then give them up in order to get a deal for themselves if they are caught): because people just have to run their mouths sometimes.
