  It's a negotiable number but wants to symbolize rich should pay their share, cap the greed. Who says people will ever be equal, rich people will always have more but I think there should be a limit to that. I'm sure they'd find ways to pay less but at least make them pay their fair share that they're avoiding now through loopholes.
