- sonofgod 8y agoThis is by design. By the specs, browsers should not display a favicon if the file 404s. But that file contains a valid favicon, so rendering it is a failure. [source: Wikipedia]
- robinhouston 8y agoThe status is 404, but the body contains image data. I assume this is intentional.
- Sohcahtoa82 8y agoTry curling it. It's actually sending a PNG file, but with a 404 response.
