> One where it's not OK to write on Workplace that white privilege doesn't exist For some reason Sillicon Valley missed out on a "golden rule" that exists everywhere else -- do not talk about personal politics at work. I don't see someone denying white privilege as a problem so much as the fact that such discussions were happening using company resources on company time.
