This is, for sure, just an illustrative diagram set as a stand-in for a redaction.
Pretty obvious 1572 is a horizontal mirror copy of 1569. They’re probably numbered for reversible redactions and auditing, and the direction and asymetry is probably due to which leaf (side of the page) of a bound, printed copy they were previously included in. The tooth of the paper is likely the grey tonal artifact of the white negative space silhouette amplified by more than one photocopy cycle.
It’s a templated drawing created as a reusable graphic. The mod style is reminiscent of 50’s/60’s/70’s era illustrators. Like a Hanna-Barbera cartoon.
