- hartror 16y agoTechCrunch has made a credible showing that it may be able to establish the existence of a joint venture under which Fusion Garage owed it certain fiduciary duties. Depends on what other claims TC made, probably some claims with malice and intent in the wording which the judge decided there wasn't any/enough evidence to proceed with.
