Lining the pockets of the investors that own my labor is a reward in and of itself. E: Just thought of a cool startup idea. Every day you and your coworkers can calculate (it might take some guesstimating) the surplus value you create and try to beat each other on a leaderboard. I'm imagining a possible JIRA integration.
