I use a combination of Python, Javascript and Lua. I use Lua with my editor(Textadept), Python for most server side work and Javascript client side. Am currently working on using JS server side as well. Three languages is too limiting though - I plan to reintroduce Haskell and Scheme at some point into the fold.
