I've had varying Airbnb experience but always positive. A couple were just cheapo rooms to lay my head. The best was on a private vineyard, the house rules said no one in the hot tub after ten. We asked if it could be 11-11:30 and we will be respectful of noise. "Sure no problem". The hosts cooked us breakfast and we chatted over coffee. They were the perfect balance of leaving us alone and engaging. Even gave us a really cool tour of the property before we left. They had no complaints about us, we wrote a glowing review. A couple weeks later we got a small gift in the mail.
