- newnewpdro 8y agoThe average law-abiding citizen I knew back in IL was one heated discussion on a bad day away from shooting someone had they always been carrying. Furthermore, the vast majority of people qualify as law-abiding citizens. A very small minority of the population will illegally carry firearms with them. I do not accept your statement as anywhere near accurate.
