Assuming this was a genuine post, that would make sense, as there are definitely armed security personnel at major airports (Source: I'm an American, and I've seen this). Best case, OP is trying to say he doesn't find that sort of security presence comforting/enjoyable, which is a perfectly cromulent opinion.
