This is a sore point for me because I live in Canada but I'm from Mexico. The US happens to be between the two countries I care about the most.
In my head, I've fantasised responding to border agents' questions of "why do you want to come into the US?" with "I don't. You're just in the way."

- curun1r 8y agoEww, no. That would still leave transiting travelers to see views of the US countryside and breathe in polluted US air. Instead, Canada/Mexico should contract with Musk’s boring company to create a tunnel where trains, automobiles and Canadian oil can travel between the two countries while staying blissfully unaware of the dystopian nightmare going on above them.
