There are so many spot-on things in this document that I cannot share it with the appropriate people in my organization as it will be seen as an attack and offensive insult. Not sure how I could be gentle about it, it's quite damning.
- ahi 8y agoThe DoD source gave me just enough cover to share it as general interest material.
- okl 8y agoIn my experience it's counterproductive to force the issue and antagonize the persons you need to win over. But if you want to do it: I've had good experience in the past with putting such information in circulation (under false premise) and then playing Columbo, "Oh really? I thought we were already doing agile programming?"
