In practice you'll be able to find people that are much and people that are almost not influenced by ideology, by some normal distribution. It's safe to say that anyone has been influenced by some ideology at some point, but that's not a strong point to make.
- naniwaduni 8y agoWhy should we suppose a normal distribution? Ideology is pretty clearly not formed by summing independent events--people's interpretations of things seem influenced by their existing beliefs all the time.
