I live in Norway - in my bank, I have to enter my social security number, an alpha-numeric password that I picked and a one-time code. I also have to enter a new one-time code each time I perform a transaction. And, of course they use 256-bit AES encrypted SSL all the way. Suffice to say, I feel quite secure.
