I can barely get full speed 4G as I travel around the UK. Unless 5G is full-speed everywhere out of the gate, I can't see the point in upgrading just yet.

I can barely get full speed 4G as I travel around the UK. Unless 5G is full-speed everywhere out of the gate, I can't see the point in upgrading just yet.
- Lev1a 8y agoSince 5G reportedly has a rather small range, the cities/countryside probably would have to be littered with "hotspots"/"towers".
- Jaruzel 8y agoI saw a thing, can't remember where, that some telecos are planning on turning 'manhole' covers into antennas and running the cables through sewers.
