I was thinking pragmatically. Obviously, there is resistance to California's ban or we would already have plenty of other states with similar laws. We live in a country of hundreds of millions of people and I try to look for ways to improve a situation with a solution that a majority would support today. I prefer progress to perfect and I hope you feel the same.
