I've been buying exclusively from Domai.nr for the last five years now, and I only ever login to buy a new one, or change payment details--which ends up with me rarely having to login. Years ago when I was with GoDaddy and starting my time on the web, it was daily, I knew some of their support people by voice. As far as "no bullshit" registrars, Domai.nr has been short of incredible. Thought I'd share the option if anyone is looking to migrate and at least wants options on the table to think about, along with namecheap.
