I have tried all sorts of methods and software, but in the end always ended up with a single "today.txt" file. This year I have started to the same thing, split into today/this_week/this_month but also buy, sell, and for repetitive events, monthly (change passwords, upgrade comps, lubricate all the things), spring and autumn. I try to review most weekly, with a special focus on this_week, this_month, buy and sell.
