- adrianmonk 8y agoOr even more broadly, is active in general terms, not necessarily just outdoors and not necessarily just physically. I think it's likely that being active is positively correlated with good health. probably for two reasons. One is it is probably good for you to keep active. Too, if you have health issues, you probably are more likely to just stick around the house and not do as much.
