Having bosses has been proven as the best way to organise big and complex organisations? In a capitalist economy a hierarchical organisational structure is for sure the overwhelmingly most common structure, but there is an alternative; a flat non-hierarchical structure such as in a worker's co-operative.[1][2] I'd like to see a study comparing the two and drawing a conclusion as to which is best.
