Thanks a lot for the reply it is definitely pretty inspirational. My problem right now is that none of my math credits would transfer to CS so it would take about 3 years to complete a new BS in CS. I am just not sure if I could do that financially right now. I think I am going to look into going part time while I am working or maybe doing online classes.
- kamechan 16y agocan you get financial aid/scholarships? why won't your math transfer? you can try to "test through" some of the math by taking placement tests. could be a disadvantage for you later though, probably not in your CS program because it's more discrete math/probability/combinatorics heavy, but BS/CS usually has to take the physics sequence, which requires it. on second thought, you also want to get very good at linear algebra. can you knock out the math at a local community college?
