I noticed that this proof technically doesn't assume RH, but rather that the Dedikind zeta functions over K (where K is an algebraic extension of a root of a polynomial with binary coefficients) satisfy the riemann hypothesis. From my minimal understanding of number theory, this seems to be a stronger statement than the regular Riemann Hypothesis, but weaker than the Extended Riemann Hypothesis. I'm curious where this assumption falls on the hierarchy of different variations on the Riemann Hypothesis.
