First time I've actually clicked through to look at their laptops properly. An absolute dealbreaker for me is the tiny shift key on the right-hand side of the keyboard. My company-supplied laptop has this and everybody I speak to hates it. After a year of using this laptop I still haven't got used to it and keep accidentally pressing the 'up arrow' key which is where the shift key is supposed to be. If you're not careful, you end up typing on the line above where you're supposed to be. I hate it.
