Naive thought/question: if CP becomes easily accessible for free through search engines, won't that cause less CP to be produced, since the producers will be less able to make money from it?
So maybe that's not all bad?
- iloveyouall 8y agoJevons paradox states that increases in production usually cause an increase in demand, and there might be similar effects here: The availability might make it more socially acceptable, which in turn might increase the demand, and therefore also the demand of original productions.
