I disagree. Where there is demand, there is profit to be made, and there will be supply. You really have to mitigate on both sides of the equation. What I do think might merit a discussion is the definition of possession. If my hard drive caches an image served up by Bing, which was auto-suggested, I shouldn't be charged with possession.
