Who was the guy who found this and why the fuck was he searching "porn kids" and "omegle kids showing"? Like I get that it's an issue and all but this dude was looking up really sketchy shit that you wouldn't just stumble upon by accident.
- ceejayoz 8y agoThey don't say exactly what the "anonymous tip" was. It might've just been "hey, child porn is easy to stumble on on Bing". If the filtering's this bad, maybe they searched "kids underwear" when trying to find some new undies for a toddler, and got a bit of a shock. The specific keywords appear to be ones come up with by the researchers, who are (intentionally) trying to find keywords that come up with stuff.

- BingHasProblems 8y agoYou misunderstand the problem. Here's how to reproduce. 1. Navigate to bing. 2. Turn off safe search. 3. Search images for keyword "sex" 4. Click on the second image. At the top of the image detail page, there will be suggested search terms. One of them is "baby sex fetish" https://i.imgur.com/ReIrw8u.png https://i.imgur.com/ReIrw8u.png (picture of suggestions - SFW) Just searching for "sex" with safe search turned off results in child pornography search suggestions. You don't have to be looking for illegal content for this to surface.
