at least in germany, where OP was trying to charge along the route, there is a minimum transaction fee charged by most payment providers.
- miohtama 8y agoYou are still allowed to ask a reasonable minimum fee, depending on the payment method. Is 10 EUR reasonable for refuel? (instead of refilling 2€ only) However price must be the same for all payment methods.
