I use Markdown with an HTML preview. I don't have to punch the wall because of syntax errors, unlike with Latex. I use Pandoc to make it look the same as a Latex-generated PDF. I'm thinking of switching to AsciiDoc as I'm running into some of the limitations of Markdown.
