No it isn't because Firefox is not using Servo as its browser engine. To elaborate, it has been using a Rust component called Stylo to calculate CSS values for a little over year now. Stylo originates from Servo. If you switched away from Firefox a few years ago because of slowness, it has nothing to do with the Rust components.
