Medicine itself is incredibly complex, payment is complex, the system is nearly 20% of the economy, and not even 100 world-class experts could provide us with a fool-proof plan to solve this mess. Whatever the solution is to our healthcare systems' problems, it is not going to be simple, easy, quick, or cheap.
