I don't understand that much awe. BitBucket offers unlimited private repos for up to 5 contributors, and GitLab has no limit. Much ado about nothing...
- dogweather 8y agoIs there a difference in the features between GitLab's free public vs. private repos? On GitHub, there is, but the blog post glosses over that.
- stevekemp 8y agoBitBucket has a terrible UI, historically suffers from outages, and is owned by Atlassian which is yet another downside.
- arcturus17 8y agoAnd yet despite that GitHub remained much bigger than these two. It's a big deal because this might dig the moat further.
