Judging from how a few more meetings than I'd like went, there's no difference. If the chairmen wants you out, you're out. Does not matter what proof you bring, they still boot you out.
/that is around small town USA, so hopefully won't apply to this
- dragonwriter 8y agoThis was also a small town USA case, and basically the same as you describe. The difference is the offended party challenged the action in federal court. Anything is, in effect at least, legal if you choose to accept it and not challenge it.
