was this fabbed at global foundries?
- andor 8y ago"Using the cutting-edge 7nm process, the CPU was independently designed by Huawei based on ARMv8 architecture license" I assume it's the same 7nm TSMC process as for the Kirin 980.

- hajile 8y agoTSMC. Global Foundries basically gave up on smaller processes a few months ago.
