I phrased it badly, and I have a slightly odd niche - when I last looked at this a few years ago I was trying to find ways to get doctors to stop sending group SMS messages between themselves for patient handoffs. At the time there wasn't much out there, and nothing run by Facebook was even going to pass the initial sniff test as an option.
