Sounds more like this guy works for a competitor than a security firm. No proof, and he apparently didn't even test his own theories. And the whole "Telegram isn't secure because nation states can abuse their telcos to break 2fa" is, while accurate, also true for about 90% of the internet. And what's with this method of disclosure? It's not ethical or responsible. It's plain defamatory.
