Err.. gatech college of computing is a top 10 institute, afaik.

Top 10 in many undergrad engineering programs. 4th overall in undergrad engineering. But yes, being an engineer, everything is about engineering for me. :)

    That ranking is terrible. It was biased from the start, and has since been severely gamed by schools. I'd put the order more like: CalTech (best), GA Tech, Stanford, UCLA, Berkeley.
