You're right that I'm highly biased by my Training background. If I wanted to teach "submitting code" and "basic math operations" then I would be doing very specific things (compared to people who haven't spent time developing professional training).
That is the things about great training - it is focused on results, and thinks carefully about what we want to achieve and how we want to achieve it. Otherwise, we could end up failing in both our primary goals as well as the secondary goals so often intermixed by non-professionals for personal and philosophical reasons.
