- learc83 8y agoI wasn't the person your were initially asking, but assuming you're asking which people would prefer US dominance to Chinese dominance, the US is currently the most positively viewed nation in Vietnam, so presumably all of the Vietnamese people who view the US favorably, with the possible exception of the 10% who view China favorably (assuming there is overlap) [1].
