The dedicated lanes also have full station stops. Energy usage? Doubt it. Electric trains dont have round trip energy loss in batteries. Operations? Doubt it. Its an electric train is usually autonomous. Flexibility? Ya its far more flexible than a train that requires rails. Also you can reroute buses.
