I agree - but if I got sold a car that actually belonged to someone other than the seller, suing the original owner so I could keep driving the car would strike me as an unethical move.
- xupybd 8y agoI'd go so far as to say they might be acting in bad faith by announcing the release of Origins six months after the DCMA notices on GOG sales. So they might claim that the DCMA notices cause injury. I think Stardock thought they were in a water tight position but they were not.
