Anyone else think this is Super Creepy? Not long a go I would have expected to find this article from Onion News.
So now platform that arguably actively participates in making people depressed has launched an human assisted AI to report people to authorities. How Orwellian is that.
- Kaveren 8y agoNo, I do not think that a company reporting suicide attempts or messages that appear to indicate an immediate desire for suicide is creepy. This is not just a thing Facebook does, either. This is not "Orwellian". And the keyword in the claim about Facebook making people depressed is "arguable".
