- larrysalibra 8y agoExactly. The cost of this protectionism will be borne by consumers in these markets in the form of increased prices and the benefits accrue to those that own companies in the protected market.
- sgift 8y agoProtectionism implies non-foreign tech companies don't have to pay that tax. I don't see anyone suggesting that.
- Eridrus 8y agoThey aren't explicitly writing it in, but they're adding revenue requirements that make this only apply to foreign companies.
