Thanks! Feel free to shoot me an email (address in profile) if you have any questions. In terms of retirement, I have been able to fund my wife's and my retirement accounts each year. I think the biggest challenge of being solo is that you really have to stick with it for a good 2 years to understand the ebb and flow of the business. Sometimes it looks like you make a lot less money but when you factor in all of the benefits of being a business, it all pans out. I will also add that I am mostly a PHP dev and I do not work with WordPress at all. There is a LOT of work out there, though.
