Unions were great for workers at one point. But for the majority of my life, they seem to have taken worker’s rights to the point that it is consistently enticing for CEOs to at least attempt to offshore huge amounts of jobs. No matter how terrible the results, they keep trying because unions kill companies in the USA. I would like to avoid that happening to software jobs.
