You are not answering my question. What is your proposed solution to avoid having a landlord doubling your rent in a week?
- MrMember 8y agoIf your rent is doubling in a week that means demand for housing is sky high and supply is low. The solution is to build more housing.
- manfredo 8y agoThe solution is to build enough housing such that the market rate is affordable. Then, landlords need to keep rents low enough to be competitive with other apartments.
