I had heard once (can’t confirm, and not very knowledgeable on the subject) that soom food sold actually is organic, not by choice, but comes from farms where they don’t have the budget for certification, or would love to use fertilizers but can’t afford them. Curious if that is true. If it is true, I could imagine it easily being worth more than $140m over time.
