It's really simple my friend. Imagine this happens to your daughter/wife/girlfriend/mom. Then come back here and help us rationalize whether or not it was an assault.
- steveklabnik 16y agoGenerally, getting emotions involved is not the way to decide upon proper punishment for a crime. This is textbook assault, though.
