The world is run by Larks and as long as that's the case, meetings will "need" to be scheduled at certain times, people will "need" to be at home at certain times, errands will "need" to be run at certain hours because places close, children will "need" to be picked up, social events will happen at certain times. Owls will always be second class citizens.
